Returns Policy
At Cookie Colours, we're all about making sure you love the unique piece you've chosen to wear. We pour care into every made-to-order item, but hey, sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. If there’s anything not quite right with the product you’ve received, we’re here to help make it right.
Got an Issue? Here’s What to Do:
If you’ve received an item that's damaged, has a print fault, or isn't the design you ordered, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@cookiecolours.com.
To help us sort things out quickly, please include in your first email:

Your order number.

A clear explanation of the issue.

Clear photos showing the defect or the wrong item sent.
If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll do our best to fix it. This usually means a full refund or a free replacement for the faulty or incorrect item. We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note: Our Made-to-Order Promise
Every Cookie Colours piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, printed especially for you when you order it. This helps us offer a huge range of unique designs and reduce waste – something we feel strongly about!
Because of this custom, made-to-order process, we cannot exchange or refund products if you change your mind, ordered the wrong phone model by mistake, or if the design (while accurately shown on our site) isn't quite your personal vibe once it arrives. This applies unless, of course, the product has a manufacturing defect or is otherwise faulty.
Our Goodwill Gesture: Exchanges & Store Credit
As a gesture of goodwill for non-faulty items where you might have had a change of heart or made an ordering error (like phone model):

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@cookiecolours.com.

We may be able to offer a one-time exchange for a different design/size of equivalent value, or store credit.

For any such goodwill exchange/credit, the original item must be sent back to us in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging, at your shipping expense.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” clearly on the outside of the packaging to help us process it smoothly and avoid any customs misunderstandings if applicable.
