Shipping & Returns

 

All our pieces are made-to-order and dispatched in 1-3 working days. Orders are dispatched from our closest establishment to you.

We use fully tracked shipping services as standard so you can see where your parcel is along the way. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as we ship the package. Shipping time estimates are as follows:

UK 2-10 days from dispatch
USA 2-10 days from dispatch
EU 5-10 days from dispatch
Australia 10-30 days from dispatch
Rest of World 10-30 days from dispatch


Please note: During busy periods, like the festive season, dispatch times might take a little longer. Thank you for your patience as we ensure your order arrives safely!

 

Shipping Methods:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping to Europe & US destinations. You will see available shipping options to your location during checkout.

 

Customs and Import Duties:

Made to Order Returns Policy 

At Cookie Colours, we care about the environment too much to produce endless amounts of products before knowing they will be loved. That's why, when you order from Cookie Colours your request goes directly to our team to have your chosen item imprinted with the piece of art. As the item was created especially for you, we do not accept returns if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size or input the incorrect delivery address. We encourage you to carefully check your product size and model is as you wish, and double-check your order details before each purchase. 

 

All of our products go through a comprehensive quality check before being sent your way. However, if in the unlikely chance you receive the wrong item, the wrong size or a damaged item, shoot us an email at support@cookiecolours.com within 30 days of getting your order. We'll do our best to sort things out, whether it's sending you a replacement or giving you a refund. We've got your back!
