Made to Order Returns Policy
At Cookie Colours, we care about the environment too much to produce endless amounts of products before knowing they will be loved. That's why, when you order from Cookie Colours your request goes directly to our factory to have your chosen item imprinted with the signature piece of art. As the item was created especially for you, we do not accept returns if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size or input the incorrect delivery address. We encourage you to check the Size Chart on the product page to ensure measurements are suitable, and double-check your order details before each purchase.
All of our products go through a comprehensive quality check before being sent your way. However, if in the unlikely chance you receive the wrong item, the wrong size or a damaged item, shoot us an email at support@cookiecolours.com within 30 days of getting your order. We'll do our best to sort things out, whether it's sending you a replacement or giving you a refund. We've got your back!
Shipping Information
As items are made to order, we recommend ordering your purchase 2-4 weeks in advance.

- Your tracking number will become available once the order has been shipped and sent via email to your email address provided.
- Shipping times can vary between 1-30 days depending on your chosen items & delivery destination.

- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently offer shipping within Europe & US destinations. Please check the checkout page for available shipping options to your location.
