Every Cookie Colours piece is uniquely made-to-order especially for you. This helps us ensure high quality and minimize waste.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are carefully created and dispatched within 1-3 working days from our closest facility to you (we have factories in the USA, UK & Germany).

Please note that these processing days are in addition to the delivery times.

 Destination: Shipping Time:
UK 2-10 days from dispatch
USA 2-10 days from dispatch
EU 5-10 days from dispatch
Australia 10-30 days from dispatch
Rest of World 10-30 days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control (like customs or courier issues) can occur. 

Important note: We do not currently deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations. Please provide a physical address for delivery. 

 

SHIPPING METHODS & TRACKING

  • We always use fully tracked shipping services as standard. Your purchase will make its way to you with a trusted local courier selected to deliver in the fastest and safest way (e.g., UPS, DPD, EVRI, Royal Mail, etc.).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor it's journey – from our door to yours! Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing delivery information.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently offer shipping to many destinations, primarily focusing on USA & Europe. You will see all available shipping options for your specific location during the checkout process. We're working hard to make Cookie Colours available in more countries. Sign-up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated about new market launches.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by their country's authorities. These are not included in our shipping charges.

 

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team straight away at support@cookiecolours.com. We'll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
